- Principles of Communication Systems - I, Prof. Aditya Jagannatham, IIT Kanpur (Article) — Starts from why modulation is needed, then amplitude modulation, angle modulation, sampling and quantization. Weeks 1 and 2 alone cover most of what your unit asks for at introductory depth.
- Analog Communication - Prof. Goutam Das, IIT Kharagpur (Article) — A deeper treatment of modulation theory and modulator/demodulator design. More than your syllabus needs, but useful if you plan to take communication systems as a full subject later.
